Terms of Service
The legal agreement governing your access to and use of the ComplyPulse compliance platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or subscribing to ComplyPulse, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you represent an entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Description of Service & Disclaimer of Auditor Opinions
ComplyPulse provides continuous autonomous compliance scanning, gap analysis, and cryptographic audit evidence generation across SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR frameworks.
DISCLAIMER OF PROFESSIONAL OPINIONS: ComplyPulse is an automated technical compliance tool. ComplyPulse does NOT issue formal CPA audit reports, SOC 2 Type II attestation opinions, or accredited ISO certificates. Official audit certifications can only be issued by accredited third-party certified auditors.
3. Account Security and Tenant Isolation
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API tokens, and cloud connector role definitions.
ComplyPulse employs rigorous tenant session isolation. You agree not to attempt to bypass access controls, probe multi-tenant boundaries, or reverse-engineer the rules engine.
4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use ComplyPulse to:
• Connect cloud infrastructure without explicit authorization from the cloud account owner.
• Conduct denial-of-service or volumetric stress attacks against our scan worker pipeline.
• Resell, sub-license, or redistribute raw scan engines without an Enterprise Agreement.
5. Subscription Fees & Merchant of Record
Subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our Merchant of Record.
Pricing includes applicable platform licenses, quotas for monitored cloud accounts, and employee scans as described on our pricing page. Taxes (VAT, GST, Sales Tax) are calculated and collected by the Merchant of Record based on your billing jurisdiction.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ComplyPulse and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from cloud provider misconfigurations, security breaches in your external cloud environment, or audit failures.
